RCG is a team of HUD Consultants (founded by a HUD Consultant in 2009), and dedicated office staff who act as a third party for renovation projects going through any renovation style loan: FHA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and non-loan renovations as well.
We continue the legacy of finding and training new HUD Consultants as our late partner did before he retired.
He, himself, was trained by the founding authors of the FHA/HUD Guidebooks that keep these loans in compliance and that’s what we base our principals on!
Each HUD Consultant is also a certified Home Inspector.
