We are a team of office staff and HUD Consultants cooperating together to bring customers and loan officers a great experience with a HUD Consultant for their renovation projects.

Only that which is intended to perform and complete a HUD Consultant site visit, property walk through, and our final report. This is collected through your loan officer, contractor, Realtor, or yourself when it is sent to us for these stated purposes:

Your data is only used for the purposes of our file to complete a property visit, and create reports that are only sent to your loan officer and team at the lender’s office.

All data provided voluntarily is held is though verified encrypted software.
This website does not collect background or unsolicited data and no data is ever shared with third parties.
